The Future of Clothing

Clothing can now be used to measure your heart rate, respiration, and body tempreture.  While still be able to be washable, waterproof, and windproof so it is allowed to be worn as daily clothing.  This will advance our clothing line because right now we have clothes that just keep as warm but in the near future they can be used to measure our health and protect us from various things.  This can be used in the military  to find bullet wounds easier and maybe prevent a bullet from being bullet proof.

If clothing like this were to ever open in stores I would most likely buy them because they seem really cool.  I don't really think it's necessary to have computerized clothing for every occasion other than sports.

South Korea Hacked

In Seoul  South Korea a malware has been released shutting down 32,000 computers and servers while also shutting down three TV networks and three banks causing a disruptive in business negotiations.  They found a computer in Seoul that was responsible for this but it can take weeks or even several months for the investigations to finish.  It is possible that North Korea is behind the attack as they are training "Cyber-Warriors" that are trained abroad in Russia and China.  They are trained to become hackers and they are all students from North Korea.  There has been no proof yet that North Korea was behind the attack but even if they were behind the attack there is no point for South Korea to retaliate against North Korea as it would be useless and will only cause more problems.   I think there is a possibility that North Korea will attack soon with their armies if they are attacking via online.  I do not think that hacking should be a thing as the only thing that comes out of hacking is chaos if everyone online was true then the internet would be trusted and there would be close to no frauds at all.

• People will get mad and there will be chaos if there are people hacking because hacking causes problems and it will benefit no one and nothing so there is no reason to hack unless you want to cause chaos.Any country can start a world war and there is a very high possibility that North Korea will start the Third World War

Tips From Successful Billionaires

Everyone dreams to become a billionaire but how do you actually become one?  Successful billionaires put a lot of time and effort into their mental thoughts.  A small error can cause them to lose all their money and go bankrupt.  Billionaires have a lot of stress on their mind too.  I always thought the more money you have the more stress you have to handle and the amount of money you have defines how much your mental capacity is because lots of people go mad because of money.  Money was created to solve problems yet it has destroyed everyone's lives but it's one of the only ways we know how to keep the system of society going.  Billionaires agree that every day in your life you have to view it as it was your last and make sure you are doing what you want to do and what you think is right or it's not a life your living it's a scripted live play for everyone on the world to watch.

The Internet In a Nutshell

There are more than 2 billion people that use the internet that is about 1/3 of the whole world's population.  There are so many people using the internet that it has become a part of people's lives.  There are many things to do on the internet ranging from doing work and being productive or to playing around wasting time. On the internet we can share ideas from people all over the world giving us more knowledge about other people's cultures.  The internet is now a daily requirement for school as it gives us more information that we can find in our own textbooks.  It is much easier to find information on the internet that to go to a library and look it up for yourself.  Looking up information on the internet only takes seconds using your preferred search engine.

Major Concepts

• There are so many people using the internet today it's unbelievable.
• The internet has become part of our daily routine.  We use it every single day and the internet has only been around for a few decades yet everybody is using it.

A USB Sized Computer

Summary

Dell has a project going on called Project Ophelia it's basically suppose to be a really small computer.  Has the size of a usb and be able to plug into a monitor and run it like an actual computer.  I think this is pretty cool because I remember having computers so big when I was little and now they have managed to fit it into a 3.5 inches to 1.5 inches in depth and that is pretty cool to know.  I wonder what would it be like in the next 10 years of technology because they are at a very fast pace.  I think its because the market is high for good computers because there are so many things to do with computers.  Modern society has accepted computers as a daily routine.  So most people use computers every day for almost everything.  If 10 years ago you were to mention a computer that is so small and so fast and it's ability to use the touch interface aka touch screen people would think you've gone mad.  Its funny how quickly people are using computers.  The first time I had my own computer was when I was 6 but all I used it for was to play video games like The Mario Bros.  Now most 6 year olds are capable of doing more things on the computer typing letters to write out sentences and much more.  I feel like I'm old and I am only 16 so I wonder how old do others feel like.
This Project Ophelia is also going to cost less than 100$ which is extremely cheap and can't wait when it comes out.  I don't think I would purchase this just because I am worried about the specs of this thing because I have 2 Extremely powerful laptops that costed a lot of money and are huge so I do not expect Project Ophelia to take on even 1/20th of the specs but even then its pretty good for less than 100$ it is great for people who can't afford computers because then now they can communicate and research on the World Wide Web.

• Project Ophelia helps people who can't afford computers because there are a lot of poor people in this world and this is one step closer to helping them out of their situation.  Places such as Africa include many poor countries which are unable to provide their people with the education they need and this helps them out with their low budget.
• It is extremely small this would be useful for emergency or for light packing like if you were to visit somebody and don't want top carry an extra laptop case this would be perfect it would weigh just as much as a tooth brush.
• This will replace memory sticks, having this under 100$ shocks me because I remember a year or awhile ago I bought an 8gb memory stick it costed me 5 thousand baht which is about 180$ and Project Ophelia is suppose to have a memory of 32gb which is amazing.

• A major Strength I see the author point out was how small it was because if you were to say working computer the size of a usb people would think you are scamming them because it's unrealistic.
• Another one is how cheap it is less than 100$ is like nothing to buy a computer most computers are pricing between 300$-1000$ nowadays.

• I am concerned what the specs are because I don't think it is going to be extremely fast compared to other computers that are bigger.

Anonymous Strikes Again!

Anonymous created a petition that declares to have DDoS become a form of protest.  It needs 25,000 signatures to get a response from the Whitehorse   DDoS is short for distributed denial of service and it is when a huge amount of people flood a server by refreshing the website constantly.  It is very simple yet very destructive.  The petition also asked for anyone that has been jailed for DDoS to be released and record removed.  This petition is asking for big things that are hard to undo but I would assume that's why it has come to the white house's decision.

This petition will cause lots of activity both neutral and violent.  The problem with this petition is protesting by bringing down an official government's website is not right but that seems to be one of the few ways to get the attention of a government so that's why people are doing it.  A good reason is that this kind of protesting no one will get hurt or killed.  I think that people should not DDoS websites because it is a form of violating their property.  When society brings down a goverment website everyone is surpporting it but lets say the goverment raids your house and burn it down and say it is the right thing to do it wouldn't make sense.  Some people need to understand both point of views.  The problem with DDoS it's so easy to do a group of people that is arrogant and stubborn they can take down the government online.

Best Sites for Educational Documentaries

The websites they gave were great.  It had all types of documentaries for people who want to know information   It has weird conspiracies and information about the unknown like what would an animal look like deep in the ocean.  Watching these videos can improve a persons thinking skills.  Most likely they a false but they are reasonable documentaries.  They use information they have to create an idea that could possibly be true.

• Documentaries are good ways to improve your critical thinking ability
• These sites make you think
• These conspiracy websites can be real or fake because no one knows for certain

• People who are interested will set foot to create a documentary and discover something fantastic

Enhanced Voice Search Appears in IOS app store

Google has been competing with Apples voice over siri.  So they have released a more enhanced version that can respond better than siri.  Google is hoping for people to hop over on their side of products because they have created something better.  I think this is great that people are competing to create the best voice recognition command.  If this keeps up computers can talk like us humans.  Google and Apple are rivals because they want to be the successor of the opposing company.  In life the successful one makes all the money and in this case they all want money therefore they have to sell more products and to do that consumers have to buy their products.  But consumers will buy the better products because it can do better and they would want to have that.  So the majority of the consumers purchases is very vital in to becoming a successful company.

History Of Smartphones

          For most people smartphones have been part of our lives for a very long time.  Why would we need the help of a smartphone you might ask?  Smartphones are useful in infinite ways and has helped me very much.  Smartphones help all types of people let's say you're a student like myself, smartphones are able to give you all your textbooks a calculator and even a sketch pad.  Smartphones keep track of your stuff while you can also be entertained by all the things smartphones have to offer.

• Smartphones have increased productivity hours in businesses because the smartphone makes it easier to work.
• Smartphones can be used as cameras too, to capture unsuspected events that you aren't prepared for.

More Colors

Handouts is one way of educating students.  Most times the handouts are black and white.  A surveyed showed that students learn more focus more and have longer memory if the material they are working on is in color. About half in every subject the students agree that colored handouts would help them. Colors can be a very strong thing and it does many more things than just boost education.  Like in my last post it shows how different colors change people different ways.

I think colors in handouts boost students in their education is because school and learning can get very boring.  Having something interesting related to learning or something distracting from learning but not to distracting can make the class not as boring.  If schools see how colored handouts do they wouldn't mind extending the budget to have colored handouts.

Colours

There are certain colors that will change a person's activity.  I have read that having a certain color in a different room in the house.  The Office room's wall can be painted blue, Because it is the most productive color.  Bedroom can be painted green because its for tranquility and health.  Dining room red because it encourages appetite.  Many large organizations today follow these things.  Most Large Fast-food chain is red because it improves appetite.  Other companies such as at&t, Forbes, hospitals, and other blue because it improves productivity which means more work done.

This is very useful information because then it can solves some peoples problem like if your tired you can't relax you can have lavender because it will calm the nerves.  People that have a hard time eating can paint their walls red.  People who are very unproductive can paint their walls blue.  Just painting a wall a certain color can boost someone's motivation.

Virus Attacks

Computer virus can cause problems to our computer.  But why would they exist?  Computer viruses are made for Fun, Pranks, Vandalism etc and for program improvements.  People have been made viruses for the past two decades.  The first PC virus ever was created by two Pakistani brothers.  There are many types of viruses such as Trojan,Worm,etc.  Other reasons for viruses is for profit.  Millions of dollars were gained while using a virus that users download and the virus collects the credit card information.

I think people already know about viruses but they don't know the details.  This info graphic can give people information they need to understand more about viruses.  I would have thought that the people who steal credit cards made more money but then i realized that if they take small amounts from your bank you won't notice so they can take more from it later.  But if the hackers take a big chunk then you will surely notice and then the money will be canceled.  From this I do not know whether or not a anti virus program can protect my computer anymore since some viruses were made to make programs better.

iPad 3 under the microscope

The iPad 3 will have a resolution of 2048x1536 and that will make it the highest resolution tablet in the market today.  Everyday people are trying to improve the resolution on tablets and smart phones.  The pixels are getting smaller and smaller to expand the limits and give better graphics available.  Most of the other smart phones have small pixels anyway but they are on a smaller screen so it's not easy trying to make that into a bigger screen.  I think people buy smart phones because of the apps they have.  If there was no apps people would still be using phones with 50 pixels in a 1 by 2 inch screen.

I think that they will keep making smaller pixels to make bigger resolutions until someone comes up with a new way of displaying tablets.  Hopefully holographic visuals are coming soon.  Company will stop making higher resolution tablets when the rate of people buying drops a lot.  That will cause companies to invest more money in other ways of displaying tablets because people are like that, what they already have will be in their daily lives but if someone introduces a better product that will brighten up their day.

2012 Is Fake

Many people think 2012 is the end just because a Mayan calender ends at December 2012.  If a calendar stops at a point it does not mean the whole world is going to end.  There wasn't even a statement on the calender that says the world is going to end when our calendar ends.  People might have arguments over whether or not the world will end but it probalby won't.  The mayans are not alive today therefore there society are not as good as our society now.  The Mayans were very good with stars but it will be extremely hard to predict when the world act up and have everyone or most people killed.

I think it is stupid how people decide whether or not 2012 is real or not.  I personally think it won't because this is not the first time someone has said the world will end.  Even if you think it is real it's better to just keep it to yourself because if the world will end you would have suffered the last year of your life getting crap at because you thought it was real and most of the world thinks its fake so better be happy and die then to be humiliated and then have everything blow up.

Sleeping Better

People who sleep more are more productive and energized then someone without a good rest.  The average person needs 8 hours of sleep as soon as you get 8 hours that is the peak at where you can achieve to get fully concentrated.  It would seem that if you sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time everyday you will feel like it is easier to get out of bed and if you have been sleeping for 8 hours, you will wake up with no problems.  It is also seem to have been proven sleeping in one setting is better than taking many naps.  People should avoid caffeine after 6 hours before target sleep time because caffeine is suppose to be in our body for 6 hours.  Caffeine keeps us awake so we do not want that while we are trying to sleep.

I think these are really good tips but I see many people not following it just because they don't have enough encouragement to change their lifestyle.  It may be hard trying to sleep better but it will benefit your life in every way.  I have been trying to sleep better for awhile now and I have been moving slowly to the point where it is easy to sleep and not a hassle to wake up.  Changing your schedule slowly can give enough time to let your body adapt to the new timeline.  Sleeping is part of our life because one third of our life we were supposed to be sleeping.  Sleeping restoring our body and mind to its full potential to take on the next day in life.  Sleep better makes living life easier.

Music Up

Music has been part of my life and many other people's lives to because it has created emotions for us to feel.  Music is in every culture so no matter where your from or what language you speak everybody has heard music and most people enjoy it.  I think music should not be limited because of all the copy right going on.  I understand that some people can steal the music and tweak some things and say they made it.  But thats called remixing and the people who make profit from that without asking the originators should be able to steal their profit not take it down because the remix might be even better and many people might like it.

My favourite types of music are Pop, Hip-Hop, and electro.  I was a fan of Hip-Hop for a long time now and so have i been for electro.  I dont understand why suddenly electro has suddenly become popular because it has been around since 2001.  The first time i listend to electro is called Russian Lullaby by Butch clany this is considered dubstep but I think people call it that because not everyone likes the same type of electro music.

More ICT Assignments

Last week was my first time using Illustrator because I dont normally make paths from my pictures because i was taught to make my own path using Indesign which i got use to but now it is way easier just to put the picture in Illustrator and convert it into paths which can be moved to Indesign and Photoshop depending on what you are working with.

When I am in ICT class I tends to be very boring but its only like that if you make it feel boring.  You can only make it fun with your imagination to create weird stuff on the computer.  Last week I got better at using Indesign and photoshop.  I thought i was okay with photoshop and Indesign but i found out even more tricks on getting the job done.  So I'm assuming there will be more things that I will learn because there will be newer versions of photoshop and editing which creates infinite amounts of outcomes.

ICT Assignments

I learned about Indesign.  Indesign is a program used to publish books or anything related to publishing.  It is very useful for making menus which what we were doing as an assignment.  It can also be used to make yearbooks for schools which our school used to make their yearbooks.  Indesign makes it easy to build and create books,newspapers,yearbooks etc.  Without Indesign people are hopeless in creating books and they would probably be using something as old as a typewriter.

I like Indesign because it is very easy to use.  It doesn't take a long time to get use to.  The more you play around with it the better you are and the more you find out about Indesign.  Indesign is one of those programs where there are so many little tricks that you will only find out just by playing around with it because experimenting is the best way to use your imagination and have it a really nice project that you and others will like.
