colleges obsess over rankings, students shrug

Baylor University pays their high ranking students more than enough for what they need.  This university is paying money to achieve top students in their school.  Students that arn't at the level the school want them to be gets worried when the school decides who should not receive money for education.  There are cheating in this school which is not right for how much the school pays and the amount of high ranking students.  The school is still facing problems on cheating and is finding a way to stop it
